Basic Flavours
Each cake is 6"-9" tall per tier. Swiss Meringue Buttercream (a less sweet alternative) is available upon request at an additional charge. All cakes contain gluten, dairy and eggs. Please mention any allergies at time of ordering.

Our classic chocolate cake finished with a decadent chocolate buttercream (Raspberry or Strawberry buttercream also available).

Our classic chocolate cake topped with a rich caramel buttercream and finished with a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkling of Himalayan pink salt.
Cookies n' Cream
Our classic vanilla cake combined with crushed Oreos and topped with an Oreo buttercream.
Confetti
Our classic vanilla cake scattered with rainbow sprinkles finished with vanilla buttercream.

A tart lemon cake topped with lemon buttercream.
London Fog
An earl grey infused cake topped with a classic vanilla buttercream.
Mocha
A combination of our moist chocolate cake and dark roast coffee finished with coffee buttercream.

Fillings and Compotes
In addition to your cake and buttercream, compotes and fillings can be included for an additional charge:
Lemon Curd, Strawberry Compote,, Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache or Salted Caramel Sauce.
These are NOT available in the bottom tier of stacked cakes.

Our handcrafted and unique flavours, curated to add something extra special to your event, available at an additional charge. Custom flavours are available upon request but Sassy and Sweet is not responsible for the cohesiveness of any combinations that are not basic or signature flavours. Please mention any allergies at time of ordering.
Almond Vanilla Bean
A moist almond cake with a light vanilla bean buttercream finished with chopped roasted almonds.
Blueberry Lemon
Fresh blueberries mixed into a lemon cake topped with a lemon buttercream.
Berry White Chocolate
Our classic vanilla cake scattered with real berries, topped with white chocolate buttercream and a drizzle of white chocolate ganache.
Cereal Milk
Vanilla cake infused with Fruit Loops cereal, paired with a strawberry buttercream.
Chicago Mix
A cheddar cheese cake topped with a salted caramel buttercream, a swirl of homemade salted caramel sauce and topped with Himalayan pink salt.
Cookie Monster
Vanilla cake with chunks of chocolate chip and Oreo cookies, finished with brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream.

Our real red velvet cake- not just chocolate and food colouring- finished with a velvety cream cheese buttercream.
Strawberry Rose
A strawberry cake topped with fresh strawberry buttercream infused with rosewater.
Strawberry Shortcake
Our vanilla bean cake topped with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream filled with roasted strawberry compote.
Tomato Soup Cake
A rich cake made with tomato soup and warm fall spices finished with cream cheese buttercream- think carrot cake but amped up!
