If you don't see your question here, send me a message and I'll respond as soon as possible!
A: I kindly ask for at least 3-5 weeks notice. I am a home based business so for larger orders (i.e. weddings and sweet tables) it is best to inquire as soon as possible. I work on a first come first serve basis. Each order is custom made and requires time to plan and purchase all of the required materials. Orders are only confirmed with a 50% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit. An order is subject to cancellation until a deposit has been made. Order early to avoid disappointment.
A: I offer vegan, dairy free, egg free, nut free, and gluten-free options. I do NOT guarantee beyond trace amounts as there are dairy, gluten, non-vegan and nut products in the facility. If you have a severe allergy I would recommend using a bakery that is certified free of your allergen.
A: Each cake is custom designed and created for each individual client. The price is based on the amount of servings, tiers, and the design elements. Cakes start at $150.00 minimum.
A: Delivery is available for wedding orders only. There is an additional fee dependent on the delivery location and size of the order.
A: Cakes are best stored in the fridge until 2-3 hours before serving. At that time it is recommended to keep your cake at room temperature until you are ready to serve. If you have leftovers they are best kept in the freezer in either an airtight container or wrapped in saran.
A: Cupcakes tend to dry out when refrigerated. We recommend keeping them at room temperature at all times. If you have extra after your event they can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or for 2 weeks in the freezer.
