Storage Information

*When transporting any order, keep it on a level surface at all times, do not hold in your lap*

Cakes

  • Toothpicks, wires, and skewers are used for support within sculpted elements on your cake. Remove inedible items prior to consuming. 
  • Tiered and Double Barrel cakes use dowels for support as well as a board between tiers. Slice cake from top tier down and remove dowels as you come across them. 
  • Cakes must be refrigerated until 2-3 hours prior to serving. 
  • Remove cake from fridge 2-3 hours prior to serving and allow to sit at room temperature until servings (Do not leave cake outside, room temperature should be between 20-23C) 
  • If you have cake left over, it can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to two months. Remove from freezer and allow to come to room temperature before consuming. 

Cupcakes, Cake Donuts and Meringues

  • Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate  
  • Can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container  
  • Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months  

Bars, Brownies and Cookies

  • Serve at room temperature  
  • Keep in the fridge for up to a week 
  • Freeze for up to 2 months 

Cakepops and Macarons

  • Refrigerate until serving 
  • Take out and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving
