Cakes
- Toothpicks, wires, and skewers are used for support within sculpted elements on your cake. Remove inedible items prior to consuming.
- Tiered and Double Barrel cakes use dowels for support as well as a board between tiers. Slice cake from top tier down and remove dowels as you come across them.
- Cakes must be refrigerated until 2-3 hours prior to serving.
- Remove cake from fridge 2-3 hours prior to serving and allow to sit at room temperature until servings (Do not leave cake outside, room temperature should be between 20-23C)
- If you have cake left over, it can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to two months. Remove from freezer and allow to come to room temperature before consuming.
Cupcakes, Cake Donuts and Meringues
- Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate
- Can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container
- Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months
Bars, Brownies and Cookies
- Serve at room temperature
- Keep in the fridge for up to a week
- Freeze for up to 2 months
Cakepops and Macarons
- Refrigerate until serving
- Take out and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving
