*When transporting any order, keep it on a level surface at all times, do not hold in your lap*
Toothpicks, wires, and skewers are used for support within sculpted elements on your cake. Remove inedible items prior to consuming.
Tiered and Double Barrel cakes use dowels for support as well as a board between tiers. Slice cake from top tier down and remove dowels as you come across them.
Cakes must be refrigerated until 2-3 hours prior to serving.
Remove cake from fridge 2-3 hours prior to serving and allow to sit at room temperature until servings (Do not leave cake outside, room temperature should be between 20-23C)
If you have cake left over, it can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for up to two months. Remove from freezer and allow to come to room temperature before consuming.
Cupcakes, Cake Donuts and Meringues
Keep at room temperature, do not refrigerate
Can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container
Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months
Bars, Brownies and Cookies
Serve at room temperature
Keep in the fridge for up to a week
Freeze for up to 2 months
Cakepops and Macarons
Refrigerate until serving
Take out and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving
